- We do not engage in targeted advertising or behavioral tracking of minors.

Under the DPDPA, you have the right to:
- Access: View what data we hold about you or your child.
- Correction: Update any inaccurate information.
- Erasure: Request deletion of personal data (subject to legal retention rules).
- Withdrawal: Stop all non-essential data processing.
5. Talent Marketplace
Student profiles are only visible to recruiters if:
- The student is **18 years or older** and has opted in.
- The student is **under 18** and their parent has provided a **specific secondary consent** for this feature.
